System integration and support involves maintenance, emergency contingency management, and training.  A brief list of activities follows:

• Implementation – the systems are place and used by the workforce
• User guides and help aids
• Hands on implementation team
• Training is provided to the users of the system – workshops, online training, classes
• Maintenance – keeping the system up to date with the changes and ensuring ongoing support
• Help desk to support the system – having a team available to aid technical difficulties and answer questions
• Implementing changes to the system when necessary
• Change management – How changes in work processes impact employees
